Chinese programs for K-12 teachers

Dear CAFAM members,

K-12 educators should be aware of fully funded programs sponsored by the American Councils for International Education in Washington, DC.

Two programs would be relevant to those interested in China:

You can bring a guest K-12 teacher from China to your school, with essentially all expenses paid. For information on this, go to www.tclprogram.org or email tclp@americancouncils.org. Program Application Deadline: January 9, 2012

You can take intensive summer study of Chinese in Changchun, China, all costs covered. For information go to visit www.americancouncils.org/isli or email sli@americancouncils.org. Program Application Deadline: March 2, 2012

This information was provided by Daniel Cassiday Program Officer, Teacher Programs, American Councils for International Education:
