The group Women Around the World is sponsoring its 3d annual celebration of International Women’s Day at the Woodfords Club in Portland on Saturday March 3, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. The highlight of the evening will be an International Fashion Show. This is the brainchild of the organization’s president, Adele Ngoy, a fashion designer from Kinshasha, Congo.
The group would like to have Chinese culture/dress represented.
