Chinese photographs in Brunswick

Dear CAFAM members,

Curtis Memorial Library in Brunswick has an exhibit of photographs of China running until December 31. It’s in the Morrell Meeting Room.

Roughly half of the show consists of historic photos of Chinese immigrants in Maine, provided by CAFAM and the Maine Historical Society.

The other half is photos by William and Michael Connelly in two major cities (Beijing and Yangzhou) and two villages. They were taken in the spring and the fall of 2012.

Very interesting. Check it out.

Best,
Craig
