Seeking New Year Celebration volunteers

Dear CAFAM members,

For our New Year Celebration to run smoothly, we need a few more volunteers.

SET UP: 8:00 to 10:30 roughly to help set up tables, hang decorations, and generally get the facility ready.

AT THE DOOR: 11:30 to 1:30 and 1:30 to about 3:00. People needed to greet, sell tickets, hand out programs.

USHERS FOR DANCE (bring flashlight): 10:30 to 11:30. People needed to make sure all get seated and have program.

USHERS FOR MAGIC SHOW (bring flashlight): 1:00 to 2:00. Volunteers needed to make sure all get seated.

USHER FOR TALK: 2:15 to 3:15. Volunteer needed to monitor a noisy library door (can hear talk)

GENERAL HELP: an hour or two to help out wherever needed.

CLEAN UP: 3:15 to 3:45. Volunteers needed to help fold tables & chairs, remove decorations, schlep a few things.

IF YOU CAN OFFER TWO HOURS (OR EVEN LESS) WE WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. OF COURSE YOU WILL BE ADMITTED FREE.
