Dear CAFAM members and friends,
There is a show of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy currently at Yardprom Coffee, 722 Congress (Westend).
The artist is Mei Yang Selvage, who comes to the Portland area from Sichuan via Montana.
She writes: “The title of this show – “Way Seeker” – reflects my intention of using art to seek the Way, the path of connection and healing. All proceeds from this show will be donated to Preble Street Teen Center.”
There will be an artist’s reception on Friday, June 7, 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
