Welcoming New Arrivals to Maine

Welcoming New Arrivals to Maine

Dear CAFAM members,

With a growing influx of Chinese-speaking people moving to Maine, CAFAM has gotten more frequent requests for help—often for basic, introductory info about our region, or for language assistance, or simply for the chance to meet others in the community.

We would like to compile a list of people who would be willing to be contacted when we get these requests. If you are interested in helping CAFAM’s efforts to welcome our new neighbors, please send an email to Cindy Han at cindyhan09@gmail.com.

You don’t necessarily have to be Chinese or speak Chinese; we’d just like a list of people to contact for advice or outreach when we get these requests.

Thank you!

Cindy Han
