Dear CAFAM members,
Each year, the French school in Freeport (L’Ecole Francaise du Maine http://www.efdm.org/) holds a Chinese New Year celebration and meal for their students. In past years, they have asked CAFAM to offer a presenter to talk about Chinese customs and holiday traditions during the celebration.
Is anyone interested in giving a presentation this year? It can be anything, from stories to lessons on Chinese phrases to music–just to add some Chinese culture to their celebration. The students are grades K-6, and some teachers and parents will be there as well.
The event is Jan 30th, at 12 noon, and requires only about 10-20 minutes presentation.
