Children’s Museum and Theatre of Maine Seeks Volunteers

Dear CAFAM members,

The following is a note from the Children’s Museum in Portland. They often hold events and activities that teach kids about Chinese culture, and they’re looking for help from the CAFAM community. Please consider getting involved!

The Children’s Museum & Theatre would like to celebrate the Autumn Moon Festival this August and other Chinese holidays throughout the year, but we need your help! We are looking for volunteers to share their stories, foods, and other traditions with the visitors at the Museum & Theatre. No prior experience working with kids is necessarily, as volunteers will be accompanied by a Museum & Theatre educator.
